"i Just bought a 2009 Tri-Glide from Wester Reserve H.D. and I have never had such a pleasent,care free,hassle free motorcycle buying experience in my life.I had a life style changing experience and needed a trike,called a computer savvy friend of mine who within the hour found exactly what I wanted.Scottie contacted Western Reserve and asked them to wait for my call in 15 mins. I called and spoke with Evil who in my rather extensive m.c. buying experience is the most pleasent and professional sales rep. I have ever dealt with in my life. I then spoke with Jim Richards from finance who help me with everything I would need in about another 5 min. Then Matt in parts who suggested pippes etc. that he's had good experience with and got me hooked up with getting that moving.The 06 DEluxe I traded was valued at exactly what if not more than I expected. Within 3 days I was on my way to ohio from Virginia.On arrival I was treated with the upmost respect ,they unloaded my Deluxe loaded my trike, took care of financing, gave me a bunch of free stuff. introduced me to everbody on the staff and had me on my way hope in 2 hours. I will recommend this dealer and these men and women at Western Reserve H.D. to everybody I meet anywhere in this country without reservation.My thanks and gratitude are not sufficient to convey how great an experience it was to do business at Western Reserve.I would make that 1200 mile round trip again in a second if I needed another bike in spite of the fact I have a H.D. dealer 5 miles up the road from me in Portsmouth Va.

"I recently went into the dealer to take a test ride on a Buell Firebolt. I'd always been interested in Buell motorcycles and thought this would be a good time to try one out as my current bike is 23 years old (and I had an itch). Evil, Jim and everyone else I talked to were absolutely great. Not only did I get the test ride on the Firebolt, but a lightning and an 1125R. The long and short of it is I bought an 1125R and I think the bike is going to be a terrific sport touring mount for many years. This whole experience has been the best I've had at a dealer in a long time! I'd recommend them to anyone for their customer service, willingness to answer any question and in general make the purchase of a new bike a real treat. "I recently won the VIP passes to the Buell 25th Anniversary Homecoming, in WI. As a Buell owner (actually my 3rd, all from Western Reserve Buell), I had already planned this trip, so the VIP passes were quite the $$$-saving bonus!
A long-time friend of mine lives in Madison WI, and he also happens to ride a Buell. Needless to say, he got to use the 2nd ticket. We had a great time! The Buell staff worked hard to put on 5 days of riding/ socializing activities, and most included time with Erik Buell himself. What other motor company founder celebrates like this with his customers? The trip including track time at Blackhawk Farms and Road America, a Buell Factory tour, Adventure rides through WI and the Harley Roadhouse at Summerfest!
Great weather, great people, great food, great time... I know I speak for my friend Paul as well myself when I say Thanks very much to Western Reserve for the fantastic opportunity to attend Buell's 25th Anniversary Celebration!

" I have wanted a Harley for years and we have rented a few from time to time. This past year my wife took the riders edge course and happened to meet Stacy the owner of Western Reserve. The following week after my wife graduated we dropped a rental bike off Thursday and purchased not One but Two bikes from Bob Lapp that following Saturday. Bob and Stacy and the whole Western Reserve crew were very helpful and answered all of our questions. "I stopped by to get a free back pack and to do so you had to test drive a new bike so I drove a 2007 Ultra. when I got back Evil in Sales asked what I thought, I told him the only word to discribe my ride was WOW!!! I have a 2000 glide that has a big bore kit making it a 95 c.i. with vance and hines pipes. this new 96 c.i. engine is alot quicker. way to go Harley-Davidson! My other bike is a 1998 honda valkyrie that I love and has allways been my personal bench mark of what kind of power a cruiser should have I'm here to tell you this new new engine makes this bike power comparable. This is a bike I would consider buying."

"I waited until I was 50 to buy my first Harley. I had wanted one for a long time so it was a very big event in my life. I came in to talk to Bob Lapp since he was recommended to me by two friends. Right from the start Bob was knowledgeable, accommodating, and enthusiastic sharing my exitement. I was very particular on the model and color I wanted so I had to wait about two months to take delivery. During that time Bob regularly checked the status of the production and delivery date of my Road King. Bob called me with updates. Knowing how much I anticipated getting the bike he told me to stop by as often as I liked during my wait so he could answer any questions I might have or even just to chat. Well as it turns out I like looking at Harleys just about as much as riding them. So I was in the store at least once a week to look at, sit on, or ask Bob several questions about the Road King. "My wife and I were on our anniversary road trip to celebrate our 25th anniversary when we experienced bike problems. We had prepaid most of our trip and were at risk of losing hundreds of dollars if we had to be delayed. I ride a Kawasaki and because this is a Harley dealership I had reservation of how I would be taken care of or even if it could happen because of possible parts problems. The service dept. took care of our problem in less than two hours and got us on the road. The mechanic showed me the problem, explained the possible remedies and assured me that he would do all he could to fix it and send us on the way. No less than 5 other people checked on us, offered refreshments and encouragement. What an awesome crew! Although I may never get to do business with you again, I now have a very high standard to hold others that I do business with too. THANKS. Our trip was a huge success because of you. "
